Today's keys to victory:
1 - Jayson should try to hit a shot in the 4th quarter
2 - Grant Williams is not the guy we want to carry the boats
3 - Make Jimmy Butler score 50, don't let Caleb Martin and the rest of the cast each chip in with 15-20 each, that's the worst
Game 3 tips in about 30 minutes from me writing this sentence, let's look back at Game 2 and see if we can learn something:
Quarter 1: Bam Adebayo is good, Tatum was more aggressive, Robert Williams still influencing the game, I don't like Max Strus.
Quarter 2: Grant Williams energy, Derek White contributing, Caleb Martin is good, not much from Jaylen Brown/Smart.
Early run by Celtics, run by Heat midway through - Celtics getting out physicaled on their home court... dang 2-3 zone from Heat and multiple bad passes from Marcus Smart - Vincent, Strus, and Martin piss me off.
Quarter 3: Caleb Martin is still good... Tatum heating up, Heat answering the bell at every chance, great fight in that team - another Celtics run, Caleb Martin can still F off... Celtics cannot pull away - Heat are just staying in the game, and you can feel them about to punch - mark of a great team.
Q4: Celtics do not know where the ball is going in the 4th... 3-2 zone giving them trouble. Adebayo with a big dunk. Pat Riley fucks.
Heat just had more grit, Tatum no field goals in the 4th... two games in the row of that, not great. Lucky on a couple of those fouls.
Kevin Harlan is a great play by play guy... no doubles on Jimmy, Grant Williams talkin that smack was not great.
Really hope Joe Mazzulla spent his normally allocated time of watching 'The Town' to figuring out his best roster combos; let's keep it to the 7 man with Brogdon and White, Pritchard and Williams were a nice effort for Game 1-2 but not getting it done.
Like I said from the start... Celtics in 6!
